Ingredients:
- 1/2 avocado
- 4 tbsp coconut milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used Muscle Tech for this batch.)
- Mash your avocado into a bowl until you get a creamy consistency.
- Add cocoa powder and protein powder.
- Next, begin to add coconut milk one tablespoon at a time. It may take a little less/more. You will want this to be very smooth and have a usual pudding texture.
- I added a small pinch of Cacao Nibs to the top. Yummy!
