- 1/4 c almond flour
- 1/3 tbsp Grassfed butter
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 3-4 tbsp water
- 1 glass cup/bowl
- Melt butter in cup/bowl.
- Add almond flour, egg. water, and pepper in the cup.
- Cover with a paper towel and microwave for 3-4 minutes. Check after about 2 minutes to judge on how much time you will still need to cook your biscuit for.
- It is now ready to eat! (It only makes one serving, but it is still enough to split if you are just wanting a little.)
You can eat with a little more Grassfed butter, Homemade Paleo Jelly, etc. I ate mine crumbled over scrambled egg whites, and it made a great brunch meal!
